Located in Higgins University Center, the Office of Student Leadership and Programming provides members of the Clark community with opportunities to create and sustain a culture of campus engagement, leadership development, and co-curricular learning. Student Leadership and Programming encourages collaboration, personal and professional development, and the empowerment of student leaders to create change. We aim to enhance the quality of student and campus life through coordinating event services, and ensuring that the Center is both a welcoming place to gather and a space for social, educational, and artistic purposes.
Student Clubs and Organizations
The Office of Student Leadership and Programming oversees and provides support to over 120 registered student clubs, ranging from those focused on cultural exploration to community and civic engagement to visual and performing arts to academic inquiry. The office also helps guide students interested in proposing and/or creating new student organizations.

The Office of Student Leadership and Programming plans, manages, and staffs key flagship campus events such as Welcome Back Week, Clark After Dark, Halloweekend, International Gala, Spree Day, and Senior Week. Through these campus traditions, Student Leadership & Programming, in collaboration with student leaders and the campus community, showcases the Clarkie spirit.

Student Leadership and Programming collaborates with Residential Life and Housing and the Office of Identity, Student Engagement & Access to provide robust and dynamic campus-wide leadership opportunities for all students. These include but are not limited to: fall and spring club involvement fairs and trainings, resident and peer adviser trainings, leadership seminars, and a variety of student employment opportunities.
